Why it matters: We partner with people who already connect with audiences online—however big or small.
In practice:
- When you apply, share the URL or handle for any online channel you use—this can be a personal Facebook profile, Instagram or TikTok account, LinkedIn profile, a blog, a WhatsApp/Telegram group, or your own website.
- We’ll click or visit your link/handle to confirm it exists and is viewable in some way (even if it’s a personal page).
- No formal business site required—just a place where you can share your affiliate link.

You may run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Boost, etc.) using generic terms—for example, “virtual event support” or “online workshop help.” Do not include our trademarks anywhere in the ad (headlines, text, image, or URL)—that means no “Quiet Collab,” “QC Events,” “Quiet Collab TV,” etc.
Why it matters: Including our brand in paid ads can confuse customers and dilute our identity.
In practice:
- Create your ads with non-branded keywords.
- If you use our logo, only use the exact files we provide.
- Any ad text or image that mentions our name will be disallowed.

Why it matters: Thoughtful outreach builds trust; spam harms your reputation and ours.

- Only contact people or groups likely interested in event support.
- Clearly introduce yourself as an affiliate and include your link.
- Don’t buy or scrape email lists or send bulk, unsolicited messages.
- Always comply with the terms of Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and laws like CAN-SPAM or GDPR.

We store a small “cookie” in a visitor’s browser for 30 days—if they buy within that time, you earn the commission.
Why it matters: Even weeks later, the sale still tags back to you—unless they click a different affiliate link in the meantime.
In practice:
In practice:
- “Cookie” = tiny file that links a buyer back to you.

Caller – A person in the QC Callers Program who makes outreach calls to promote QC campaigns, track responses, and log results. Callers can also earn commissions on successful conversions.
Affiliate – A person who promotes QC campaigns through their own marketing channels (such as email, social media, or personal network) and earns commissions on resulting sales or sign-ups. All callers are also affiliates, but not all affiliates are callers.
Sub-Caller / Sub-Affiliate – Another caller or affiliate you refer into the program. The system tracks their activity under your account, and you may earn a percentage of their qualifying sales. In affiliate terms, this is called a “sub-affiliate.”
Base Pay – A fixed payment amount you may receive for calls completed, separate from any commissions. (Only available in certain packages.)
Campaign – A specific project, product, or service promotion with its own commission rate, access rules, and tracking link(s).
Commission – The percentage of revenue you earn from a successful sale or sign-up attributed to you.
Conversion – When a contact you reached out to takes the desired action for a campaign (such as registering for an event or purchasing a product).
Log / Logged Call – A record you create in the system confirming you made a call, including key details like date, outcome, and any follow-up needed.
QC-Owned or QC-Hosted Campaign – Campaigns created, managed, and fulfilled directly by Quiet Collab Solutions Ltd. These use our standard commission rates.

Tracking Link – A unique link that allows the system to record conversions and attribute them to you.
Generic Terms: Common phrases that describe our services (e.g., “virtual event support”), not our brand name.
Cookie: A small file saved in someone’s browser when they click your affiliate link—remembering that they came from you for 30 days.
Paid Ad: Any advertisement you pay for (Google Ads, Facebook Boost, etc.), which shows up with a “Sponsored” label.

We would love it if you used our services or products yourself, but you are not required to be a customer of Quiet Collab in order to be a part of the program. Signing up and participating as an affiliate is completely free. Plus, there are no minimum sales required to earn commission.
Sales are tracked when a customer clicks through your affiliate link and completes a purchase. If the customer successfully signs up with your affiliate link, your account will be credited with the referral commission.
Note: There are factors beyond our control that can impact affiliate link tracking.
All commissions are subject to a holding period of 30 days. All of our Affiliates are reviewed manually, which means timings can differ from month to month. However, that being said, we aim to get all of our qualifying Affiliates paid between the 15th and the 20th of every month, or as close to those dates as possible.
Once the holding period milestone is reached, commissions are paid out in the following month’s payment run. For example, if commissions are earned in July, they will clear the holding period in August and will be paid in September.
Unless otherwise stated, we pay a 40% commission for up to 30 Days on each referral. This is dependent on the customer’s subscription remaining active throughout this time.
At the end of each month, your commissions are reviewed and become available for automatic cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (US bank accounts) before the 20th of each month, or as close to these dates as possible. Alternative methods available for non-US accounts.
We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 30 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 30 days starts again.
